Service Fees and Terms

Fees for Co-ops and Social Enterprises with a turnover under £10m p.a.

• Consultancy: £60 per hour or £420 per day
• Training Courses and Workshops: Half Day £420 or Full Day £600

Fees for all other organisations

• Consultancy: £120per hour or £600 per day
• Training Courses and Workshops: Half Day £600 or Full Day £1,000

Other Charges

VAT at 20% is charged on ALL Fees.

In general there are no other charges. Unless agreed in advance we do not charge for preparation, research, downtime etc and there are no hidden extras.

First Consultation Free

We offer the first consultation with a customer for free. This only applies to customers based in the East Midlands.

The first consultation, typically, is a face to face meeting of between 45 minutes and 2 hours. We may use a diagnostic tool to better understand your needs and a match to our services though this is often not necessary.

Acceptance of a first meeting imposes no obligation to purchase.

Negotiation

Our aim is to help organisations have a greater impact for the good of their communities. We are always willing to explore ways of achieving this.  All of our advisers have the authority to negotiate projects and prices and we do typically discuss any contract with each other.

Workshops

We provide learning materials for up to 12 participants and assume the venue will have laptop and projector facilities, although this is not obligatory. The use of a flip chart or white board is also an advantage

The customer is typically asked to provide:

• The venue
• Refreshments/catering
• The attendees
• Marketing and publicity for the event.
