Preventing the misuse of social media

Credibility and reputation can suffer, individuals can lose their jobs; and organisations can end up facing legal problems. Using case histories, this workshop looks at how organisations can better protect themselves and their staff from the pitfalls. Delegates will work through a checklist which will lay the foundations of a company policy on social media or help improve an existing policy. All delegates will be offered a free one-to-one session to review an existing policy or draft one
